Just property ***********

We have been renting with them ,paid 6 months in advance, they are completely ***********. We waited 3 months for our names to be added to the gate, our deliveries were sent away. I have got invoices saying I am behind on payments, once again I paid 6 months in advance, the agent must not have sent my proof of payment because once again I have got a statement that says I owe money. I proceeded to say I will look for proof of payment and send it through so she can see I'm not behind on payments, she said when I send it she will fix it. Let me ask is it my job to go looking for paperwork she is supposed to have? How has their job some how become my problem. Really really annoying.... not to mention the numerous amounts of complaints against the loud neighbors during lockdown and I keep getting told its been sent to body corporate, we all have to work from home or teach our kids.
