Just Property Group Taking Deposit Money Unfairly - Unprofessional

The Pretoria North branch is very unprofessional. They take deposit money and upgrade the owners homes without any discussion thereof as it seems they can't communicate properly on either side. They promise you that your deposit money will be credited to your account on a specified date then when it gets to that date they change their stories and want deduct more deposit money because of certain things the owner suddenly wants to be upgraded and changed? They did not attach an inspection sheet to the contract so we are being charged unfairly because the owners advise them what they THINK and WANT to be changed. We are also blamed of removing items from the premises that we did not even know was there or used at all and was not noted anywhere on the contract. Once again they are charging us unfairly we did not sign any paperwork for the inspections done and the owners are taking chances, now they want to put it on our account. We left the place in a better condition than we received as it was dirty and unneat, we arranged cleaning services and gardening services and suddenly we are charged and money is deducted from our deposit for cleaning and upgrades the new tenants want. The company is very unprofessional, ********* and a disorganized company which takes chances and does not have proper policies & procedures in place to handle tenants and owners.
