JUST PROPERTY GROUP Port Elizabeth

**** **** **** This company was looking after my property in Port Elizabeth since last year. I April this year I sent a contractor to the house to do quotation on a few things that I wanted to change. The contractor got there and found 3 different families living in my house with 3/4 kids. The lease agreement clearly stated 3 adults and no children . I then terminated their mandate in April . They were suppose to pay me back the deposit, but they request to pay back the deposit at the end of the month ( which they haven't still) The company was also not paying the water bill. and there is still more than R4000 outstanding from the municipality . I have had to chase after them for this because of poor communication and lack of transparency .

I got a contractor to assess the damages and submit a quotation to the company . I submitted that quotation about three weeks ago. The company still hasn't paid me for the damages to my property , yet they still have the deposit.

This company is a **** , poor communication , lack of transparency , they will not look after your property well, they will not pay the water bill, and they will tenants deposit.
