Just Property Fourways

We have been renting an apartment through Just Property Fourways in Lonehill for a year and then decided to renew our contract for another year. We received an email from NICCI ROUSSOS , who is listed as a director at Just Property Fourways informing us that there is an outstanding amount of R7633.70 for sewer. We had been paying according to the invoices that were sent to us for over a year now and now all of a sudden we receive this email informing us of the stipulated amount and that it is now overdue and that failure to pay will result in a negative impact on our credit record. Throughout the period of 14 months, we had not missed a payment In spite of the economic challenges and any other issues we have encountered with them. This company has been highly *********** in this matter and shows no sense of urgency or concern. This lady has given us the run around failing to explain why, how and where this charge comes from, lies and says she has been trying to call us whereas we have never received a call from her regarding this issue. I do not recommend anyone using this company. Judging by the reviews I've seen thus far, Just Property has proven to be a very *********** and a **** of a company, not just in Fourways, but most if not all It's branches.
