Rented with them in East London. I have never met such unprofessional ******* in my entire life!

The agents have horrible communication skills. The company charges R3000 when you cancel your lease. On top of that, the landlord can claim 2 months rent from you. They tell you to find a tenant to replace you so that you dont have to pay cancellation fee. So you will most probably forfeit your deposit as well. It’s basically signing a deal with the DEVIL himself. They keep sending invoices of how much you owe them but cannot respond in time when you need something. These people are ******** of note. Seeing all the horrible reviews about them even in other areas is quite sad. Something must be done.

I would never advise anyone to rent with these guys. Stay away from CZ Kubs!
