Just Property Durbanville - Misappropriation of deposit money

Just Property Durbanville needs to be audited for the misuse of breakage deposit money and investigated financially. After 14 months, my R45,000 deposit returned me R820.38. That equates to 1.8% over 14 months without taking compound interest into account. Their response is: "All deposits funds are placed with registered financial institutions and attract above market norm interest rates due to the combined volume invested." I had the same interest earned by April 2019 as February 2020 which does not make any sense. They refuse to explain why. My next step is the Estate Agency Affairs Board.
