The idea of a letting agency is to mediate and control the relationship with the landlord to prevent private or personal disputes and add an element of professionalism to the mix. Just property has failed in this regard. The admin individual designated to my account, Shashika Lahldas, merely forwards emails form the landlady to me, does not communicate with the landlady, and now upon my exit within all the legal parameters of the contract, is holding my deposit until i deal with the landlady's requests.

I pay fees for a letting agent, and to have such an apathetic attitude is a massive deterrent as no joy or efficiency was found.

Proof of ignored emails, failure to reply have been kept.

I suggest steering well clear of just propertly, the will charge you letting fees to act as an agent, but really only act as an inbox to emails that are forwarded on.
