Just Property : Day light ******* and a high level of unprofessinalism

i have been ****** in broad day light.

I was renting an apartment at number 68 Comet Oaks in Boksburg

I tendered my notice beginning of December as allowed by the law to server a month notice .

exit inspection was arranged and the inspection ( Chandre Noppe: Inspector) was done as we were cleaning the apartment.

I was then advised the wall were dirty and the apartment is dirty and its going to cost me R5165 to paint , clean and fix a window latch and a hinge for one of the cabinet doors.

I was also advised that i need to fumigate the flat fix the walls that were drilled long before we even moved into the apartment.

On comparing the entrance inspection and the exit inspection i could not pick up the huge difference that was highlighted.

I painted the place , cleaned the capets, cleaned the entire flat.

The Lounge and kitchen was painted up to the T. The two bedrooms due to the holes , we had to use crack filler and painted the first layer.

A second layer of painting is required. I still have the paint, i even bought paint for the skirting which i dont see it as my responsibilty. The place is old and it needs some serious TLC.

The cornish also needs painting and the skirting needs some serious work. All this i was advised it will be on my expense.

I have been unfairly treated and the person i have been in contact with is Schantell de la Fontaine and i just believe i have been ******.

I do believe legaly i have a voice and my concerns are not being heard and i am being illtreated by an institution that should uphold examplery standards.

After doing all this i was again told that to fix the place is going to cost R5000 still. To paint the corninsh and the two bedrooms with the paint i will handing over to the office.

I was shocked to hear this . Which made me conclude that i will not be getting my deposit and i just believe this is how Just Property operates.

***** from people When a deposit was required i paid on time, i paid my rent on time.

I feel legally and personally i have been treated unfairly and have been ****** by an institution which is supposed to uphold professionl standards and globally accepted principles.

Very dissapointed.
