JUST PROPERTY (CIRCULAR DRIVE PORT ELIZABETH) RIP PEOPLE OFF WITH THEIR DEPOSIT

<p>I rent a place at Just property Circular drive Lorraine, Port Elizabeth for 3 years. When I moved in my unit was not 100% clean and had to clean the unit before I moved in. The agent who did the inspection was Talia and she did the inspection before I was there to walk with her through the unit. When I first put my feet in the unit I made my own list and email that through to them on my old email. There was hooks in the walls, unit not clean and bathroom was in a total mess. I had complain about the bathroom and after lived there was a year and half they fixed the bathroom. Bathroom had a lot of mould and cracks. Now that I moved out they send a diffrent agent with the name Bianca Anthony, which know nothing about the unit when I moved in. I went myself to go and clean that unit and took me 4 hours just to clean. When she did the out inspection she want to tell me the unit is not clean, the bathroom I have to take a tooth brush and clean the the shower tiles. I never received that bathroom so clean in the condition that I left it. I told the 1st agent to her face that the unit is not clean and the hooks and when I said to the 2nd agent go speak to the 1st agent, it does not appear that she did so. And want to tell me I have now to fix everyting in the unit and it will be taken off my deposit. I have send her emails up and down and told her this is what happened. She does not care what so ever. The day when she did the ou in spection I said to her Im not signing any of her forms and she said to me its just to say that she was there and its not the original draft. This is the exactly the same papers I signed with the in spection. I told Bianca to go and look at there emails and photo's that they took, and all she can say, they will look when they have time, but I have now to pay for everyting.</p> <p>They are terrible and rob people off with their deposit, and *****ing their money. I will never ever in my life rent again through them or any just property or even rent my house through them.</p>
