Just Property Centurion - Not Refunding Deposit

I was renting a property from Just Property Centurion. After being informed that the premises is being put on the market for sale I gave 30 days notice, as per the contract requirements and as agreed upon by the landlord.

We then went ahead and vacated the property in order to make it easier for the landlord to arrange for viewing of the property by the selling agents. The landlord handled the inspection with the Renting agency, Just Property. Only thing outstanding was for repainting for which the landlord informed them what the cost will be.

Thus my deposit should be my initial deposit + top ups on each contract renewal + interest - the cost for the painting.

I now have been out of the premises for almost two months and still I have not received my deposit back. They keep coming up with excuses about waiting for the documents from the inspecting agent etc, and no effort is done form their side in getting my deposit refunded.

I haven't missed a single payment while renting through them yet this is the way your being treated when they are the ones owing you money. This is utterly dissapointing service from their side.
