Just Property Cape Town - APPALLING SERVICE

Just Property Cape Tow deserves less than 1 star. I am appalled at the poor service from this agency.

Based in JHB, I requested assistance from them with finding a rental in Cape Town in February 20201. Mark (who has since left the company) was of great assistance, offering advice on areas, keeping in touch with me on progress, etc. Since his departure, I have received zero assistance from the agency.

I was asked to deposit a fee for a credit check, which I happily did, but no check was done. I have been begging Rohandi for a refund. First, HR had to advise on the process. No feedback from Rohandi. After asking again, I was assuredd that the refund was done, yet no one asked for my banking details until this morning. No follow-ups from her. No service at all. Not keeping me in the loop, not making an effort to assist me with finding a place. NOTHING.

Just Property Cape Town must be doing exceptionally well if they do not want the business.

If you are looking for rental assistance from an agency, DO NOT waste your time with Just Property Cape Town.
