Just Property Burgund Estate ********

Stay away from Just Property Burgundy Estate. I have not met people more dishonest than these agents. They try everything to get your contract signed, but as soon as you have signed then the problems start. We moved into a filthy house where nothing was cleaned - when I asked the portfolio manager - Elandi, she couldn't even provide me with an invoice to prove that the carpets were actually cleaned before we moved in. We waited almost 2 months after moving in for stuff to get fixed. Then, when we moved out they deducted R6700 from our deposit for stuff to be fixed and carpets to be cleaned, even though we moved into a very dirty house where several stuff were not in good condition. I phoned Elandi to discuss deductions and she started disagreeing and eventually hung up on me while I was talking to her. (They deducted money to have grass taken out of the paving, even though this is part of structural maintenance which is the owner's responsibility). Then she sent an email to apologise, after I confronted her manger. In the email she sent to apologise, she lies and says that I started shouting at her. She also admitted that the initial inspection they did was not as thorough as the outgoing one, and they added items to our list to repair because she wasn't sure if it was our fault. This is simply ridiculous. We eventually got some of the money back, but Elandi told me that the deductions they make have nothing to do with me - WHILE IT'S MY MONEY. She also **** and said the contractor is not charging the owner for the call-out, but the tenant has to pay for the call-out. They are also repairing a wall that had holes in it before we moved in, we added about 6 holes and now they are repairing an repainting the entire wall on our account. She is very unprofessional, rude and dishonest.

Stay away from them people. I will stay clear of these people because they will ***** your money once you move out.
