Just Property Berea money making scheme

I would actually give a zero rating if this was even possible for JUST PROPERTY BEREA. I moved out of the property unit 3 Ramkissoon on the 14 July 2022 and had the outgoing inspection done on 15 July 2022. The pictures were taken by a lady accompanying Silindile Mchunu, whom according to her every room she went into was "dusty" after I have cleaned the property and left it in a condition that I had found it in. i was contacted by a lady called Faiza Ally (who never seems to listen to anything that is put to her), on the 18 July 2022 showing me the outgoing inspection and that I needed to clean the unit. I asked her do they actually compare the outgoing and ingoing inspections before making such recommendations of which she didn't have the answer except for the fact that she has made a quotation and I need to pay R750 for the unit to be cleaned. I asked her so many times to speak to Silindile who works with her as she also advised that the ingoing inspection needs to be compared with the outgoing before we send out emails back and forth. I was not surprised that she did not do that. This agent has proved so much to be just a money making scheme in every sense.
