Just Property Atlantic Seaboard

Please be very careful before you decide to do any business with Just Property. I have had an awful experience with the Atlantic Seaboard branch. I list my reasons below: We occupied a filthy apartment. The account was initially mismanaged by uninformed junior staff (an intern). We had to Involve a lawyer to reverse erroneous charges and counter being threatened with blacklisting for non-payment of said charges. Non-attention to any maintenance concerns, raised numerous times. Withholding of deposit for unreasonable maintenance (ridiculously overcharged) concerns for 2 months and having to involve a lawyer again. All surplus charges and maintenance concerns were reversed and deposits were payed back in full after request of property owners. These people are unprofessional, rude and ***********. If you feel the desire to experience any of the above or a great need to fami****ize yourself with South African property law and the doings of the Cape rental tribunal, by all means go with Just Property. As a reasonable person that has never had a problem with a rental company before: Honestly, I will never use this company again and I heed all my friends and anyone that will listen to stay very far away!
