Just Property are a bunch of *******
I had to cancel my lease early due to the lockdown and not being able to afford the place anymore.
Just Property advised me of the early cancellation fee which I agreed however now they are charging me for damage in a form of rent because they do not have a tenant during the remaining months on my lease.
Does the cancellation fee not cover that?
