JUST PROPERTY AGENT VERY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS CLIENTS AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

We had an incident on the 6the September Where security controlled the Gate at our Complex During load shedding and he allowed 3 cars to exit controlling the Gate then it was time for me to enter the Gate opened then closed again hitting the side of my car. Affecting the light.fog light..and bumper.took all nessessary pictures..2 days later Just Property emails us asking when we will fix there Gate without finding out what happened or having any evidence of the incident.The agent then proceeded to call saying how *********** the client is they can't drive you shouldn't be driving and basically just being disrespectful towards us. Couple of days later the agent phones to ask again when will you pay or get a contractor to fix the Gate without listening to my side having a attitude,disrespectful to myself and my partner .until today we've shown them evidence that the property Gate closed on our car and they couldn't provide any footage of that incident..and the fact that they don't have anti collision gates.
