Most *********** staff I've had to deal with. It's been a month since moving out of the apartment. I was the one doing follow up from 3 days after moving out enquiring about the deposit refund. During exit inspection there was no mention of additional items broken and by law the landlord has 21 days to check their apartment. Fast word to today 28June after I've followed up a minimum of twice a week with their property manager promising to get back to me and not respond. And alas today she send a list of damaged items and these item were logged with them when we moved in and now get a notice that they will deduct from the deposit. The deposit was supposed to have been paid 14 days ys ago. They have such a high stuff turn over that they don't even know what they are doing. Lucky we kept a record of all email where reported all this. I will be reporting g them to the Property Practioners Regulatory Authorities. Imagine being thread like they are doing me a favour Their lack of urgency and having landlords that take their time to respond to their emails is not my problem to solve. NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOUR, DON'T EVER make use of this agency.. The yare the worse. They don't care as long as the money is on their side
