Extremely poor service, not interested in looking after the clients property but instead only want to cash in comission etc. interim inspections not communicated to the owner but charged for, property deteriorating due to tenant but no action from agent. No action taken by agent after approval has been given by the owner for repairs, only to do major repairs at a later stage. Constant excuses from maintenance department month after month. Renewal of tenants contract only communicated to owner 8 days before contract expiry, and on top of it all the charged me R4243.50 for canceling the mandate with them ( no ery termination). Watch out property investors, Rather stay with the smaller companies and get value for your money!
