Just Propert Centurion East "*****"

Please be careful with this rental company. I moved into a house in Amber field full of issues. All stated in the inspection report. When moving in I requested permission from the agent to install solar or a generator. She said a generator was approved and so I did the installation. A repair crew came in very quickly fixed not even half off the problems took of my main bedroom sliding door for a week and then never returned to fix the rest. Months went passed complaining to the agent. Then the garage door broke and came down on my car. We were told by the agent she no longer works their and we need to log a ticket. We enquired about all the previous issues mentioned as we were receiving massive bills due to leaking taps and toilets and they said log a ticket. We would log a ticket the items would quickly be fixed only to break a few days later.

Out of frustration started using reputable plumbers and repair men to get the items fixed.

Now that I'm moving out the are claiming I never got permission from the owner and need to remove the electrical installation and will remove it from my deposit.

I have asked to speak to their manager but keep getting ignored and are fed up will taking this legal after i receive what's left of my deposit.

They are just "*****"

They blame the owner and says its not approved. But the Maintenance Manager Felix just does not care and use ***** suppliers to get the work done cheaply
