Just Letting: Worst company to manage your investment property that I've dealt with in my entire life

Worst company to manage your investment property that I've dealt with in my entire life Start of December 2017 the developer did work on their newly build complex in the second bathroom of our Unit. The tenant was on holiday with her parents for the whole of December. On her return she found that the shower door has fallen out with glass everywhere. I emailed the Ronel Ras (agent) on 3 January 2018 where she phoned me back on my email and I asked her if has she visited the property and what was her findings, she rep**** that she was there and we as the owners need to replace the shower door. After talking to the tenant, I realized that Ronel has **** to me and has not visited the property. On Friday, 8 June 2018 I went to Potchefstroom where I phoned Ronel just after 8am and left a message (have not heard anything back from her as yet). I immediately phone Erika Le Roux the Just Letting principle in Potchefstroom where I left a message with the receptionist for and was told that she will only be in at 11 but the receptionist promised me to send Erika a message and ask her to contact me ASAP. I phone another couple of times that that day and still has not heard anything back from her.

As property manager they are supposed to manage the property and to have contacted the developer to come and fix their mistake. Now 6 months later and nothing has been done.

Furthermore, Just Property are very quick to deduct money from rental income. Two 2 weeks ago they deducted R1 200.00 from rent for an alleged pluming problem of our newly build unit and up to date I have not received an invoice from them for the pluming work and what was done.

I’m getting nowhere with Just Property, their uninvolved Principle Erika Le Roux and agent Ronel Ras
