Just Letting Property charging rent after we vacated and keeping our deposit

<p>I was renting a flat with a roommate through Just Letting Property in Johannesburg. Our lease ended on 31 January 2017. We vacated the flat and handed in the keys before then. </p> <p>However, Just Letting Property claims that we renewed the lease. We did not renew the lease or sign any documents. We have emails from them stating that we were listed as vacating on 31 January 2017, Which we comp**** to. </p> <p>We are now receiving emails and messages stating that We owe the rent for February 2017. Although we have vacated and handed in the keys and not renewed the lease. Our deposit is also still withheld by Just Letting Property. </p> <p>We are appalled by the service received from Just Letting. </p>
