Just Letting Port Elizabeth - don't EVER rent through them

Kept my R5000 deposit - for cleaning and painting. Plus i have to replace a delapidated door which is going to cost me R3500.00 because of a crack(door is on balcony - wind and rain would cause crack) The quotes are from a person who actually works at Just Letting-conflict of interest - sneaky Property was never maintained whilst i was living there - now it appears i have to pay for it. I have heard many stories like this about Just Letting. They must be proud of themselves - not. I would recommend not paying your last month rental because you will not be getting your deposit back.
