Just Letting - pathetic customer service

I own property in Blouberg Strand and instructed Just Letting Blouberg Strand to rent out my property. As far as I'm concerned, I have an Agreement with them and they in turn have an Agreement with the tenant which they deemed fit to rent my property. I have had so many issue's this tenant from the onset and all Just Letting did, was turn a blind eye. I then decided to sell my property and the new owner should take occupation shortly. The tenant has evacuated the premises since and they giving me the middle finger!!! Prior to the tenant evacuating, they found the tenant alternative residency in the same complex, just a couple of doors away. According to them, there is nothing they can do and I NOW have to appoint attorney's to sue the tenant for my rent!!!! Can you believe this...the audacity of it all!!! No consideration, no customer service, just total disregard for me!!! To put the cherry on the cake, Just Letting will be making a whopping R 39,000.00 on this deal...my property!!!!
