Just letting no and incorrect communication

Worst experience in my life. Agent didn’t forclose all information. Information not stated in contact, however they claim it’s company policy but no one informs you of details . Leaving you with almost no where to stay and arranges incorrect moving in date which main office is not aware of only agent .
