Just Letting Midrand - You will never see your deposit.

Dear fellow prospective tenants

Please be forewarned regarding doing business with Just Letting Midrand.

You are highly unlikely to ever get your deposit back.

Make very sure you get a copy of the check list when you move in and verify all issues. More important - demand that the check list be completed with you upon moving out & signed by both parties - also get a copy for safe keeping until you get your deposit - else Just Letting makes claims of damage to hold on to your deposit - with you at a disadvantage.

Just Letting do not inform you of any exit inspection as this is too their advantage - please insist upon this.

Also be careful to be trapped by the "Rent Secure" garbage contracts - this is method to hold on to your deposit and not to pay it back as well as hold you the tenant responsible for maintaining the landlord/owners property above normal wear and tear.

Take care when dealing with this company.

I would highly recommend that the last month rent not be paid in full with anticipation that you will not get your deposit back.

The customer always comes last.
