Just Letting has to have THE worst Customer servic

I started a rental on 01 march 2015 & very clearly stated over sms, email & phone call that I would NOT move in until they had treated the mould that was ALL over my bathroom ceiling. Just letting agreed and said that within that first week it would be sorted by maintenance. The maintenance man stood me up for 1.5hrs after I had taken off work for the appointment.By which in those 16 days of march I could NOT live in my flat as I was 5 months pregnant and have a blood test to prove my allergy to mould. So I sent NUMEROUS emails to Bianca which were just ignored stating that I was going to adjust that months rent, as I had to incur personal costs on my behalf by hiring a safety officer and health and safety inspector in the area which INFACT deemed that is was definitely an UN LIVEABLE situation to me. Now I receive an sms that my acc is in arrears & is handing me over for credit. I have photographic evidence of ALL of the mould, shoddy jobs and the emails as well as smses.
