Be careful!! <br> <br> Just Letting in George, Western Cape asked us R310 non refundable fee when we app**** for a rental property...<br> <br> .I am self employed and included 3 month bank statements in my application showing approx R85 000 income for the 3 months...with my partner's full time income of R7000 pm....We where rejected on the telephone due to me being self employed with no fixed income...We also include a reference from our previous landlord for 4 years...no late or non rent payments.... But there are soooo many distressed tenants looking for rental homes.....I wonder how much R310's do JUST LETTING GEORGE make an average a month?????<br> <br> That is BAD BUSINESS JUST LETTING GEORGE...<br> Thank you Pam Golding for helping us with no fee's up front......
