Just letting from hell

<p>I rented a batchelor flat with just letting, during my inquiries before i signed the lease, i was told that i will only pay R3500, to my surprise the first month rent was close to R4000 and the next month was R4500. I gave my one month notice. I filled out the inspection form when i moved in and noted that the towel railing was loose but they now want to charge me for it. I found the unit very dirty and left it the same way i found it but they want to charge me to clean the unit. nowhere on the ingoing inspection form is a column to mark that the unit was dirty because i would have filled it in. How can they charge me for cleaning a unit that i found dirty. i challenged them to provide me with the outgoing inspection form of the previous tenant but they refused. They are playing dirty tricks and are avoiding paying me part of my deposit back.</p>
