Just Letting Fourways attitude

I am renting a property from Just Letting. Owner Bronwyn Wright. Property 8 Potala. This house is literally falling apart. When I moved in I sent a repair list in writing that the open wires all over the garden and house must be fixed. Every time it rains my power goes out. Some electrical machines have surged due to the electrical problems and were only a year old. If I get any response from Marcelle it's with major attitude and I don't care what you do the owner won't fix it. I was told it would cost too much. I have a report from an electrician stating it is a hazardous property where loss of life could occur due to the open wires all over. But still they won't fix it. I have hammer pipes in the bathroom and soon the tiles will fall off. That too they won't fix, says too expensive.
