Just Letting Centurion - mismanagement

I've been renting my townhouse out via Just letting/Just property (Centurion branch) for 14 years + and over the last 6 years its been appalling. I've been provided with invoices for repairs to replace showers, ovens etc., totally R6000+ and when I send out my own handyman the repairs were minor (shower door just came out of rail, oven had a fuse missing etc). My last tenants lease expired end of May and when I was provided with the inspection report it stated carpets were cleaned, oven cleaned and minor wear and tear items. Again I sent out an independent inspector who sent me photos of what the property actually look like! Shocking! Dirty carpets, oven, broken locks etc. The tenant got 100% deposit back and I sit with all the costs to repair and replace and Just letting Centurion ignores all my emails.
