Just Letting Brooklyn - Terrible Experience

We had a horrible experience with Just Letting Brooklyn. When we wanted to move out of the rental property we notified Just Letting, this was at the beginning of April 2017. We wanted to be out at the end of May 2017. For the first to weeks Just Letting didnt do anything about the matter. We had to keep on contacting them until they eventually told us they already advertised the property. We found out this was a lie. An agent contacted us and took photos of the property which he advertised the next day. We eventually found new occupants. The Agent told a day before the time that painters were coming to paint out the property after we contacted him, we learned from the painter that the new occupants were going to be moving in on Friday the 28th of April, this was nog the 26th of April. We still had some of our stuff lying around in the house. We had to remove the things the night before the time, although we only needed to be out on the 30th of April. There was no communication and after confronting the agent he blamed us for his fault. We cleaned the house before the painters painted. Someone came to do the exit inspection, and he could not find any faults. When the new occupants did their entry inspection the house was dirty according to them, this was due to the paint job. The agent let us know that this would be deducted from our deposit, although it was just letting who painted the property. This was seriously the worst experience.
