Joanne Strauch - Just property Montana

We rented a house through Just Property Montana with Joanne as an agent. The agent promised that the painting and carpet cleaning would be done before my parents moved in, if not then they may remain at the old apartment for the first week of the month while waiting for repairs since both houses are under their agent. That did not happen, my parents had to move in before repairs and cleaning was done. When I asked Joanne about the in-inspection, she told me that she has already conducted it without us.

On the 2nd day after moving in, the geyser pipes started leaking, Joanne was of no assistance in getting the issue sorted. The house flooded with water and Joanne was of no assistance and kept telling us that she spoke to the landlord. My 70 old parents have been without hot water for the 4th day today to date. On the 4th day, electricity was cut off because Joanne neglected to inform us that unlike the previous complex, they do not apply for utilities on our behalf.

If you are looking for rental properties in Montana, avoid Just property if you can.
