Insane hidden fees and a money making scheme!

The only thing that Just Property is good at is trying to **** people into paying outrageous amounts with so many hidden costs that you only see once they send you a contract, I recently declined their pathetic application for the costs discussed with the agent were way off when it came to the application. They had insane fees added, I mean R2 000 cleaning deposit for the tenant to pay before moving in. Never in my life have I seen this with any other agency, the house must be spotless before a tenant moves in and this is never for the new tenant's account. I will not recommend this company to anyone!
