<p>We registered with JUST LETTING who undertook to find tenants for us over the last two years. Both tenants placed by Just Letting were in breach of Lease Agreement. Property inspection was never made and damages have been made to the property. Just Letting refuse to assist with these damages despite numerous requests and photos sent to them of such damages. They ignore our emails, calls and messages. </p> <p>Damages were caused by tenants placed by Just Letting from inception and never rectified when tenants reported any problems. </p> <p>Damages:</p> <p>Holes on walls ;</p> <p>Sprinkler system : chewed by dogs;</p> <p>Geyser: Stop valve (cut off tap);</p> <p>Mag lock plug and mag lock; </p> <p>Damaged shelves;</p> <p>Lose wire hanging in bedrooms and living area;</p> <p>damage to kitchen cupboards;</p> <p> Loss of rental income for 2 months ( R7 800,00 per month)</p> <p>We confirm that we were never requested or invited to inspect unit prior to any tenants moving into our unit allowing damages to increase over time and solely in the care of Just Letting who undertook to take care of our unit and who confirmed that they would continue to maintain unit to its original condition as when handed to them.</p> <p>We have requested Just Letting to restore property to its original condition as when it was handed to them but they continue to ignore our request. They have also failed to disclose in writing any amounts they claim to have used to maintain property. The have also deducted monies of amounts due to me.</p> <p> Just Letting is required to make a generous contribution toward the damages to eable us to resolve this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
