We moved in to our place 1 Dec 2014, ever since we had so many problems.The owner of the place that we are renting is overseas as he is working there,we don't have any contact with him as everything works through the agency. End of Jan we haven't received any form of statement for the water and electricity. I went to the offices to go and ask for it and Ann couldn't provide it to me.I then got the invoice/statement for Feb rent.On the invoice it showed that we still owe R9000 except for the new months rent. Just to realize that was the money we payed end of November already for the contract fees and deposit.Ann always had an excuse about the statements.With all of this I just have to add that we payed an amount extra every month with the rent for the water and electricity even though we don't have a clue what our consumption is.<br> Good we are in May now, maybe received 3 statements in the time.Our electricity got cut because they didn't do payments in time and never collected the post as arranged with the owner. Third day sitting without electricity and still waiting.We were at the offices, made hundreds of phone calls and still waiting.Talked to everyone possible and nothing help
