Just property and its agent (specifically Zenzile Geleba in Motherwell) are a bunch of ******. We signed a mandate to have our property rented out and managed by this agent. first we they just put someone in our house without advising us that a tenant was found and that a lease was concluded. we then proceeded to fight with person they assured us a lease was signed and a copy will be provided to us. 1 month passed we were not provided with a statement of account and when we enquired about the water bill the agent stopped responding to us. On month 3 we escalated the issue to their headoffice and that was a waste of time but it came to out attention that this Agent Zenzile did not even register the lease agreement with the head office he stole the tenants deposit and first months rent and he had used his personal bank account to receive the rental instead of the company. the headoffice's response to this was "we struggling to get hold of the agent" how professional. *********** people and a bunch of *******. you have been warned use these people at your own risk.
