In the end SORRY YOU DONT HAVE ELECTRICITY!

I decided to rent a townhouse from Just Property Midrand and I dealt with a agent called Joe. I called him and told him ill take the place but i have a few questions. The first question was if the electricity is pre paid. His answered "The body corporate sends the owner a bill of the utility's, they notify me and i pay the bill with my rent" I said i will take the place on condition that i can move in Thursday 27 April. He said he would have to check with the owner. He got back to me and said it is all good. I called him Wednesday 26 and arraigned to meet him at the place in the morning to give him the signed lease and he would give me the key. I rented a trailer the night before so we can load early in the morning and I hired 4 ppl for the day. We finished loading the morning and i tried to call him. His phone was off. I sent him a msg and he rep**** 11:00. The msg said he had to leave jhb for a emergency. I tried to call and his phone was on. He told me he would get a college to get the key from the office and leave it with security i can go there the key will be there. When i got to security there was no key. I then got hold of Brian, Brian came to the place and completed the paperwork and got hold of Joe. Joe was on his way back from a funeral. "The emergency". After we have been waiting for Joe all day he arrived at 17:00 with the key he had with him all the time. When Joe got there and opened op there was no electricity. He said he would do me a favour and have it put on but i would have to take my ID to some were and have i connected. I said that was not what was explained to me and that i had paid Just Property R1500 deposit. He said not to worry and that that he would have it sorted out. I the meanwhile my electricity have been cut 5 times in 7 days. I have reported the electricity problem to Mona Brian and Joe. Every day i am told not to worry it will be sorted out today. Today when i got home again i had no electricity. I called Noma and she said she will call me back. 10 min later i got a call from Brian, he informed me that i would have to spend the evening without electricity and they will sort it out tomorrow. Also told me ha was just calling out of curtsy. So in short i was left waiting a entire day waiting for keys after we had arraignments. My electricity has been cut 5 times in 10 days and i dont have electricity till further notice. When i asked Brian what i should do with my stuff going iff in my fridge his reply was "i cant tell you what to do". He also told me he is not liable of any thing and its not his fault i dont have electricity.
