*******ly continuing debit orders after rental period lapsed

My rental via the Brooklyn branch has come to an end, as confirmed by Just Property per various email communications and an outgoing inspection has also been completed. Yet a further month of rental was deducted from my account after I had contacted them to confirm it will not be done.
