Horrifying service when they need to pay back deposit

I rented an apartment from Just Letting in PE. Stayed for a year and when it came time to move out the problems started.

When I got the place there were various items that were not listed in the in-going inspection that I pointed out, some a safety concern but one 2 were sorted out. They advertised the place with a stove and on the day I was moving and already took delivery of the keys they let the previous tenant (who was a mate of the agent) into the flat to take the stove. I requested that they provide a stove as I was under the impression that the stove came with the flat, they ignored my request.

The lady (Simone Groves) who was doing the out going inspection compared the two inspections and concluded that I need to sort out things that were also in the in-going inspection. Only after I started pushing back did she start to take things off the list. But this is after she refused to answer any of my phone calls nor the numerous messages I left for her at the office. The lease states that the money will be in my account 7 days after a vacate the property, it is now day 8 and there seems to be no progress in this matter at all.

They seem to want to run away with peoples moneys and their are not honest people to their tenants.
