Horrible treatment and Atrocious service ( Just property - Kroonstad) Dilapidated Building - Murray Court

We leased a Flat Murray Court in Kroonstad and the service has been absolutely Atrocious, We were forced to Move out due to lack of response, Burglars used to Jump the Unprotected Fence/Gate and of which the issue was not remedied, the Walls were rotting from Mold, The Toilet Was smelling Horribly and the Shower was in a condition that we never even used it during our stay

Weeks later after we moved, we are struggling to get the Deposit money Back and the Agent responded by telling us to chill and that they are training Someone on Payments, With that being Said, Why is the person being trained on a Live systems that handles People's Money.

Please Assist as We need that Deposit for Our Monthly Errands and ability to Support our Children. We were Promised the Money Yesterday but Empty Promises seem to be what Just property is made out of
