Horrible Service From Randburg Agent

The agent in Randburg that we dealt with did not take me seriously. She rushed us through the house viewing and every thought I was asking the questions she was replying to my mom. When I then asked for an application form on Monday she ignored me. I messaged her a agin and she blamed loadshedding and said she wouldn’t forget. I then messaged a third time (this is over the course of a week) and still nothing. I don’t know if she didn’t take me seriously or what is going on but it’s unacceptable. I’ve had to ably lost out in the chance to rent my dream house now because of her.
