Horrible service from Accounts. PE

Horrible service in the accounts department for Port Elizabeth Branch. I receive my water accounts a month late every month and I always pay extra on my rent to leave a credit amount which must be allocated to my statement but is somehow always misplaced and then I have to beg them to correct the errors. My account always shows in arrears due to their inability to send statements and invoices correctly and in a timely manner. They send me the invoices for my water and utilities a month late then immediately marks it as overdue. This will obviously damage my payment profile. No one understands my frustration in their account department and simply just making the same mistakes over and over again
