Initially on the first call , she said that the place was taken. I then asked if the client she has paid for the place already which was a no. I was then allowed to scheduled an appointment for this place.

I scheduled an appointment with Nonhle (Just Property Agent) for yesterday which she cancelled. She then rescheduled for today. I called her today to confirm this appointment and she then stated that she needs to confirm with the tenant because it was not scheduled.

I've taken time of from work today on her confirmation for an appointment to view the place today.

This person is rude and has no customer service as she was suppose to have called me back yesterday and today but she has not.

It is appalling that your company has hired people that cannot do their job efficiently and it wastes everyone else's time because of your ignorance to the fact that this lady should not be an agent.

I have dealt with many agency companies and your company is the worst - The rest of the consumers in SA should this as well before thinking of dealing with Just Property.
