Held my Deposit for Damages I'm not Responsible for

When I moved into an apartment managed by Just Property in Burgundy Estate Western Cape I sent an email to the property manager Jack Botchlinger about a very bad state of the kitchen cabinets and walls that needed painting as I was promised by their agent. I also added pictures of damages that were not included in the incoming inspection. For the duration of my lease the apartment was never painted. When I moved out I was charge for painting a wall in the bedroom even though I told her about it. In the picture there is a cracked wall and paint chipping. This crack and paint chip was not included in the incoming inspection. She refuses to accept this and won't refund me accordingly. There is also loose ceiling lights that the inspector missed. I also included these in the email sent to her when I moved in but she still charged me for it.

I am very disappointed with this property manager and Just Property business as a whole.
