Gross unprofessionalism

I have never come across such incompetence, bad attitude or terrible service, EVER. <br> <br> We rented a house through Just Property Group, and paid the rent for a year upfront. <br> <br> Towards the end of our first year, we paid the deposit topup and admin fee for the rental renewal. All was sorted, or so we thought. <br> <br> A gentleman rocked up at our door the one day to ask when we were leaving as he was looking at moving in at the end of the month. I laughed and said we are not moving and had paid our renewal fees a month ago. He said we should check this with just letting as the owner is renting the property out through another agency. <br> <br> I called just letting and they confirmed this! Apparently they had been trying to contact us for 3 weeks, yet there were no missed calls, no emails, nothing. When we asked for proof of emails sent, they said they would forward them but never did. <br> <br> The new agent told us the reason the owner did not want us is because we paid the rent late! We paid upfront for a whole year!<br> <br> We confronted just group and they told us to get out and speak to their lawyers. No sorry just attitude.<br> <br> They were also informed 6 months prior that the lease would not be renewed.
