Greedy people and unprofessional

I will warn with just property they are a ripe off and like to cash out on people,I rented for almost two years and I had to cancel a lease agreement cause we had to move out as the contract is saying I have to pay for two months rent so I gave them two months notice in order to pay for the two months rent cause I cannot pay for two places we had to delay our move, they have informed me I need to pay the rental agent commission for the next 6 months and cancellation fee which came close to 5676 o thought that is two much cause I was paying this commission of 80.70 which I don’t know what was it for after I have vacated they came to inspect and took their keys okay fine I was waiting to find out how much I will get for my deposit they are now telling me o need to pay for another two months rent what is that why must I pay for another two months while I stayed two months and paid full rent they are a joke and now they are threatening me with lawyers I cannot afford to pay for two places it means for them I am paying 4months rent they almost wanted to say the remaining 6months I need to pay rent I will not do that that is against the cpa but people be aware of just property they are not like other agents they are greedy and cash in on people and the manager told me she won’t listen to me she was very rude and told me she won’t even read my emails.
