Greedy estate agents Just Property.

Was horrified to learn that a non refundable fee of R200 is required up front before you can submit an application. This is payable even if you do not get accepted. This is a typical example of exploitation by estate agents!!! Totally unacceptable!! Needless to say I didn't apply and will NEVER deal with them.
