Generalizing bad service

Just Property has branches all over the country. When people make accusations or comments it would be wise to mention the branch and or person, As we all experiencing different situations with certain branches or persons. This Negative comments about Just Property is generalized and not directed towards the branch involved. This cause that the "all over" score goes on the "group" which is wrong. There are many branches giving very good service. That is what we have experienced and feel it unfair to generalize and tarred all with the same brush.
