********** work permit of tenant and ineffective tenant vetting process - (Principal agent Nicci Roussos of Just Properties Fourways)

I would like to point out the pathetic service I have received from Just Properties Fourways. I just lost in excess of R 90 000 on lost rental and eviction proceedings. However this could have been avoided if the tenant was vetted properly. The tenants work permit was clearly ********** after I looked at the dates, but I was assured by Nicci Roussos that it wasn't. When I requested to have a clear copy sent through to me, she did not think it was necessary. I therefore decided to hire an immigration specialist to check in with the tenants work permit. It turns out that the tenant did in fact forge the dates on his work permit. This ********** work permit was confirmed by the department of home affairs. So basically the tenant was not eligible to work in South Africa and hence he could not have qualified to rent my flat initially. Nicci and her agents where either too stupid to pick this up or they where in on the ****. Either way its disgusting how a big company like Just Properties can allow this blatant recklessness from their agents which have cost me a huge amount of money and resulted in me to put up my flat for sale. I was never satisfied with their verification process which was totally ridiculous and consisted for example a snap shot of a random watsapp message indicating the tenant was a "good tenant". I demand that Just Properties handle this matter and restore confidence in any future clients. I demand that serious actions be taken against Nicci Roussos and her agents for gross negligence.
