********** just property

I never ever experienced ********** company like just property pine town Durban. I have been renting there property since 18/12/2019. When I moved in there property I paid rent and deposit as usually and they also want me to pay deposit for electricity. I request a settlement bill for electricity by the time I moved in. Maxine which was a lady who been dealing with me send me the one they written them self.

Every month she send me statement that she created her self. If I ask her why she not give me municipality one? She will say I have to pay every to them. Which is I didn’t make so much notice. By this month of July that’s where I started to open my eyes when I received my electricity bill that Euleen send me. The one she create her self as her colleague teach her. I call her to let her know I won’t pay it now before I get explanation from municipal. When I reach at municipal they say we don’t know this types of statement. I call Euleen to email me municipality bill. When I receive it, it has different amount than the one on her created statement.

I call her to ask about why fugues re not the same. The one she creat has big amount municipality one has less. I ask her they ***** me. Euleen said no no I have to come to they offices she can show me how she calculate. On the following day when I arrived in they office Euleen print municipality bill and start to calculate this statement again. She busy keeping to ad plus VAT so many times. And she get that big amount same like her created statement. I watch and quite. After she done I ask her this municipality bill is already including rates and vat why you ad your own vat. That’s how you make money from the tenets?

As my bill is R2626.10 and the rates is R391.68 which you have to minus this rates amount but you, you ad yours. I suppose to pay R2234.42 but Euleen say I have to pay R 2665.38 on her own statement. She double over charge me by R430.96. Every month I pay extra money for them to fill they pockets. As just property have so many properties for rent how much they ***** tenants. I need all municipality bills from the time I start to pay my light bills to get back all my money that they use to ***** me. To my electricity bill they re not involved. I don’t understand why they want to redo a statement again And I’m going to sue them also to public them all over social media and network. People who rent to just property they have to open they eyes this company is professional **********. I need my money before end of this week
